It is matured in the traditional Camus style in small, lightly toasted oak barrels, creating a fine balance of wood, fruit and elegance. The Cognac then receives its characteristic finish in selected small tawny port barrels, which lends additional depth in aroma, colour and texture. This combination of classic maturation and port cask finish creates a particularly complex and harmonious style.
