The Tamnavulin Distillery was founded in 1966 and is located on the banks of the River Livet - right in the heart of Speyside. Since its reopening in 1995, the distillery has placed particular emphasis on detailed cask maturation, which subtly enhances the natural flavours of the whisky. The Tempranillo Cask Edition is an example of modern cask experimentation that combines traditional character with Mediterranean red wine flavours.
