This exceptional combination was created through the close collaboration between Teeling Whiskey and Plantation Rum, two renowned producers who brought their respective expertise to this unique project. The Teeling Whiskey is first matured in ex-bourbon barrels, which gives it its characteristic depth and structure. The whiskey is then finished in Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum Casks, giving it an additional layer of flavours characterised by the sweet, fruity notes of Caribbean rum.

This innovative maturation combines the traditional elements of Irish whiskey with the vibrant, tropical influences of rum, creating a harmonious blend of both worlds.
