The Dillon V.S.O.P. Très Vieux Rhum Agricole is a high-quality agricole rum with an alcohol content of 43% vol. and many years of ageing in oak barrels. Produced on the French Caribbean island of Martinique, one of the most famous places of origin for rhum agricole, this rum is distilled from freshly pressed sugar cane juice instead of molasses, which gives it a distinctive, vegetal freshness and complexity.

The addition of V.S.O.S. (Very Superior Old Pale) indicates that this rum has been matured for at least four years, giving it a smooth, balanced structure and a fine woody and vanilla flavour. The slow maturation in oak barrels rounds off the rum with a harmonious spiciness and deep fruity notes that make it a special experience both for pure enjoyment and for cocktails.
