It is produced in the traditional Medine Distillery, the oldest still active distillery on the island, which has been producing high-quality rum continuously since 1926.

The VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) rum is distilled from fresh sugar cane juice and molasses and then matured for several years in a combination of ex-cognac, bourbon and whisky barrels. This gives it a complex but wonderfully balanced flavour profile with fine wood aromas, tropical fruit and elegant sweetness.
