The Storica line epitomises the company's long distilling tradition and combines the classic Italian art of distillation with a particularly expressive style. In the Riserva version, the grappa also has a deeper aromatic structure and elegant maturity, making it a speciality within the Domenis collection.


Carefully selected grape marc is used in the production process, which is processed immediately after wine production to preserve its natural flavours. Precise distillation in traditional stills produces a particularly clear pomace distillate full of character, which at 50% vol. has a powerful yet harmonious structure.
