The crystal-clear waters of the Leitha river and the almost untouched flora and fauna of the surrounding forests have a decisive influence on Baerenman products. These natural elements give the spirits flavours that reflect the typical character of this unique region.

Made from 31 botanicals that are macerated overnight in locally produced corn alcohol, Baerenmann London Dry Gin offers an incomparably sweet and complex flavour. Juniper and coriander seeds characterise the earthy flavour, complemented by regional flowers such as poplar buds and acacia, oriental spices such as cinnamon and cardamom as well as fresh berries and citrus peel. The fresh mountain water from the Austrian Alps lowers the alcohol content to drinking strength and ensures the quality of a London Dry Gin.

This gin combines simplicity and complexity, with flavours reminiscent of freshly cultivated fields, aromatic herb gardens, flowering meadows and pine forests.
