Roner Malecon owes its name to the famous "Malecon" waterfront promenade in Havana, the capital of Cuba, which is known for its lively atmosphere and historical significance. The brand was founded by Marco Savio, an Italian rum specialist who laid the foundations for Ron Malecon with his passion for high-quality rum. Ron Malecon is distilled using the traditional Cuban method from molasses in Panama, using copper column stills.

Rum Malecon has set itself the goal of continuously creating a high-quality premium rum with a distinctive and intense flavour. The premium range includes bottlings with ages of 10, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 25 years, whereby carefully selected rums with unique flavours are combined through careful blending so that the end product exceeds the sum of its parts and impresses with exceptional depth and complexity.

This amber-coloured premium rum is produced by the Caribbean Spirits distillery in Panama using traditional Cuban methods and is matured in oak barrels for at least 15 years, which gives it its rich and harmoniously rounded flavour.
