This Coffee & Rum Liqueur is based on a rum from the Dominican Republic that has been matured for around 7 years and refined with high-quality coffee from Nicaragua. The coffee beans used come from the Matagalpa region, one of the country's best-known coffee-growing regions. There, they are carefully roasted locally before being combined with Madagascar vanilla pods and then ground by hand.


The blend of coffee and vanilla is then slowly cold brewed, allowing the intense flavours and natural sweetness of the coffee to develop particularly gently while avoiding unwanted bitterness. The resulting coffee extract is married with the mature Dominican rum and rounded off with just a small amount of pure cane sugar. The result is a particularly harmonious coffee rum liqueur that impresses with its combination of strong coffee, fine vanilla and smooth rum.
