Dellavalle Grappa di Amarone XO is a fine, barrel-aged grappa made from the exquisite pomace of the famous Amarone della Valpolicella. With an alcohol content of 42% vol., this Italian brandy impresses with its exceptional depth, harmonious balance and fine, multi-layered flavours, which have been further refined by the long ageing process in wooden barrels.

Distilleria Dellavalle, known for its exclusive selection of high-quality distillates, uses only the best pomace from the noble Amarone grapes Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara for this grappa. After traditional distillation in copper stills, the grappa matures for several years in oak barrels, giving it its soft, full-bodied structure and unique flavours. The designation XO (Extra Old) refers to the exceptionally long ageing process, which gives this grappa a special depth and refinement.
