Produced in the Oaxaca region, the cultural centre of mezcal production, this Blanco Mezcal reflects the age-old craftsmanship of Mexican master distillers. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume and bottled in the classic 0.7-litre bottle, this mezcal stands for genuine originality, depth and regional identity.

Only Espadín agave is used for production, which is slowly cooked in traditional earth pits over open fires - a process that gives the mezcal its characteristic smoky flavour. After fermentation and distillation, it is bottled without being aged in barrels, allowing Lajita Blanco to retain its clear, agave-typical flavours in unadulterated form.
