Leblon Cachaça Fina de Alambique is a particularly high-quality Brazilian premium cachaça produced using the traditional alambic method in the Minas Gerais region. Unlike many industrially produced cachaças, Leblon is based on freshly pressed sugar cane juice, not molasses, which gives the distillate an exceptionally fruity and aromatic flavour. It is produced in small batches and with the utmost care - a prime example of artisanal Brazilian distilling.

After distillation, the spirit is aged for several months in French oak barrels that previously contained cognac. This maturation gives the cachaça additional depth, smoothness and subtle woody notes without masking the typical character of the fresh sugar cane. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., Leblon is balanced, smooth and aromatic - perfect both for pure enjoyment and for high-quality cocktails.
