Poli Grappa Sarpa Oro di Poli is a fine, barrel-aged grappa from Italy, which is produced in the traditional Poli distillery in Veneto. Since it was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli, the family business has stood for the highest level of craftsmanship in distillation. Today, the distillery is run by the four Poli siblings Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea, who continue the family's legacy with passion and a spirit of innovation.

This exquisite grappa is made from the marc of Merlot and Cabernet grapes from the best vineyards in northern Italy. Distillation is carried out traditionally in copper stills, resulting in a particularly smooth and aromatic spirit. After distillation, the Sarpa Oro matures in French oak barrels with a capacity of 225 litres. This wooden barrel ageing gives it exceptional depth, elegant vanilla and spicy notes and a wonderfully soft structure.
