Selected malt and grain whiskies are blended together for the signature blend and then matured in a Solera system - a method that is primarily known from sherry production. This process gives the whisky additional depth, a smooth texture and a balance of flavour that sets it apart from classic blends. Maturation takes place in American oak casks, which harmoniously combines flavours of vanilla, honey, fruit and a fine spiciness.
