Albrecht von Haller founded the famous botanical gardens in Göttingen in 1736, whose influence on botany can still be felt today. Von Hallers Gin sources all of its botanicals from these historic gardens, with each plant hand-picked and carefully selected to create a harmonious blend of aromas and flavours.

The plants and herbs are sent from Germany to Ireland, where they are distilled into an exceptional gin at the renowned The Shed Distillery. The result is a gin that combines the traditional art of distillation with the pure freshness and complexity of the botanicals. With an alcohol content of 44% vol., this gin offers a powerful yet smooth presence that is perfect both neat and in cocktails.
