The Hödl Hof WILLIBALD spirit, with an alcohol content of 33% vol. in a 1-litre bottle, is a noble and aromatic spirit created on the basis of high-quality Williams pear distillate and neutral wheat distillate. Produced in the traditional Hödl Hof distillery, which is located between picturesque orchards and vineyards, this speciality combines centuries-old Styrian distilling skills with modern refinement techniques.

For generations, the Hödl Hof distillery has been double distilling in the old Styrian tradition. The fruit from the farm's own orchards is transported by the shortest route to the fermentation cellars, where it is gently fermented at a controlled temperature. Distillation is carried out in a 300-litre rough-edged pot still and a 200-litre fine distillation pot still made of pure copper to ensure the highest quality and purity. For the Willibald spirit, only the high-proof heart of the distillation is taken and matured in wood, glass or stainless steel to develop its full flavour.
