The Slyrs Classic Bavarian Single Malt Whisky is the flagship of the renowned Slyrs distillery at Schliersee, which is considered a pioneer of the German whisky craft. Bottled in a 0.7-litre bottle with an alcohol content of 43% vol., this bottling embodies the essence of the brand: tradition, Alpine purity and modern distilling skills - all "Made in Bavaria".

Only Bavarian barley is used for this single malt, which is processed in small batches with fresh mountain spring water from the Alps. Maturation takes place over several years in new American white oak barrels, which gives the whisky its golden colour, soft texture and characteristic vanilla and wood flavours. The Alpine altitude and the special climate around Lake Schliersee contribute significantly to the slow but intense maturation.
