Hödl Hof's long-established distillery is located between orchards and vineyards.

The quality of the brandies is guaranteed by a 300-litre bootleg distillery and a 200-litre fine distillery made of pure copper.

The fruit from the orchards is transported by the shortest route to the fermentation cellars, where it is gently fermented at a controlled temperature. For generations, double distillation has been carried out according to old Styrian tradition.

Only the high-proof centrepiece is extracted and then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel.

Fine cinnamon paired with a sophisticated and secret blend of different types of chilli are combined with a whisky liqueur.

The slight spiciness of the chillies is only noticeable in the finish and warms you from the inside like finely chopped firewood.

The whisky used, as well as the cinnamon and chilli bases, come from Hödl Hof's own farm.
