Surrounded by orchards and vineyards, the Hödl Hof distillery is steeped in tradition and has been dedicated to the old Styrian art of distillation for generations. Here, fine spirits are produced with the utmost care and according to proven tradition.

Production takes place by means of double distillation in a 300-litre rough-edged pot still and a 200-litre fine distillation pot still made of pure copper. This artisanal method ensures that only the high-proof heart of the distillate is extracted and then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel to guarantee a harmonious and full-bodied flavour.

Hödl Hof blueberry spirit combines the finest blueberry distillate with high-quality wheat distillate and fresh blueberry juice. Rounded off with natural ingredients, the result is an exceptionally fruity and full-bodied spirit with an unmistakable berry flavour. The blueberries used come from the Styrian Almenland, a region known for its aromatic, sun-kissed fruit.
