In the picturesque landscape of Riegersburg in Styria, Alois Gölles is the third generation to run the traditional family fruit-growing business. After graduating from the renowned Federal College for Wine and Fruit Growing in Klosterneuburg, he dedicated himself to refining his parents' harvest of apples, pears, plums and peaches. He began distilling fine brandies in 1979, followed by the founding of his high-quality vinegar factory in 1984. Today, the range includes around twenty fine brandies and just as many types of vinegar, which are regularly recognised.

Gölles apricot brandy is carefully matured in glass balloons over a period of two years. Its trademarks are soft curves, a seductive aroma and an exceptionally fruity flavour. It owes these outstanding characteristics above all to the selection of high-quality fruit, in particular the varieties "Ungarische Beste" or "Klosterneuburger Marille". Hardly any other distillate is able to caress the nose and palate in such a way and impress with its full-bodied flavour.
