Please send us information and photos of all damaged cartons (exterior and interior) immediately, and if possible, the tracking link, to report the issue. We will find a solution for you as quickly as possible, whether it be a refund, exchange, or other suitable measure.

In case of damage or incorrectly delivered products, we will send you a return label so that you can return the product to us free of charge.
