Since its invention in Padua in 1919, Aperol has established itself worldwide as the most popular aperitif – particularly thanks to its central role in the famous Aperol Spritz. Its iconic orange colour, pleasant bitterness and fruity flavour make it unmistakable.
Aperol’s recipe has remained virtually unchanged for over 100 years and combines finely balanced ingredients such as bitter and sweet oranges, rhubarb, cinchona bark, gentian and selected herbs and roots. The low alcohol content of just 11% ABV ensures a light drinking experience, making it ideal for early evenings or as a stylish aperitif.
