Description
Rum Coruba Non Plus Ultra Original Jamaica Rum is an exceptional, premium rum that embodies the essence of the Jamaican art of distillation. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., it embodies the deep, complex aromas and intensity for which authentic Jamaican rum is renowned. ‘Non Plus Ultra’ means ‘unrivalled’ – and this fine spirit certainly lives up to that claim.
The Rum Coruba brand (Compagnie Rhumière de Bâle) has Swiss roots, but production takes place in Jamaica using traditional methods. Coruba Non Plus Ultra is crafted from a carefully selected blend of matured pot still and column still rums. Ageing in oak casks under tropical conditions gives it an intense, full-bodied flavour profile with complex notes of exotic fruits, spices and dark caramel.
