The Old St. Croix A.H. Riise Caramel Cream Liqueur 17% ABV combines the creamy tradition of liqueurs with a distinctly sweet caramel character, whilst drawing on the historic brand heritage of A.H. Riise and the former Danish West Indies. The name ‘Old St. Croix’ refers to the brand’s Caribbean inspiration, whilst the flavour profile centres on a smooth, dessert-oriented style. The Caramel Cream Liqueur is particularly well-rounded and smooth, with creamy sweetness and caramel blending harmoniously. At 17% ABV, this bottling remains pleasantly approachable and is suitable both for enjoying neat and for pairing with desserts and creamy drinks. The 0.7-litre bottle offers plenty of scope for a variety of serving options.

A defining feature of Old St. Croix Caramel Cream Liqueur is its combination of a velvety texture and intense caramel aroma. This makes the liqueur reminiscent of a liquid caramel dessert, yet its moderate alcohol content ensures it remains well-balanced and versatile. This liqueur pairs particularly well with coffee, ice cream or chocolatey desserts, to which its creamy texture adds extra richness. As a caramel-flavoured cream liqueur, Old St. Croix is aimed primarily at lovers of smooth, sweet liqueurs with a distinct dessert character. The combination of a Caribbean-inspired brand identity, a creamy texture and an intense caramel flavour makes this 17% ABV liqueur speciality a particularly indulgent addition to the range.
