The Signatory Vintage Edradour No. 1 6 Years Old Anniversary Release 57.1% is a robust Highland single malt Scotch whisky special edition, created to mark Andrew Symington’s 40th anniversary in the industry. The whisky was distilled at the Edradour Distillery in 2020 and subsequently matured for six years in carefully selected first-fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads. It is precisely the first-fill PX sherry casks that ensure a particularly intense exchange between the distillate and the cask, imparting notes of dark fruit, lush sweetness and a distinct oaky character to the bottling. In 2026, the whisky was bottled by Signatory Vintage as an Anniversary Release, thus combining Edradour Whisky’s distinctive character with the independent bottler’s long-standing expertise in cask management.

At a robust 57.1% ABV, the Edradour No. 1 Anniversary Release 2020/2026 is concentrated, full-bodied and distinctly characterised by the first-fill PX hogsheads. Raisins, dark plums, honey and toffee meet caramel, chocolate, cinnamon and structuring oak, closely intertwining youthful vigour with intense sherry cask maturation. The whisky is bottled without colouring or chill filtration, ensuring that the colour, texture and cask character remain as authentic as possible. The 0.7-litre bottle, presented in a black gift tube with a striking dark design, emphasises its special anniversary status. This limited-edition Edradour Whisky, matured in Pedro Ximénez casks, is therefore particularly aimed at connoisseurs of intense, sherry-forward whiskies with a high alcohol content.
