Old St. Croix A.H. Riise X.O. TRIBUTE Reserve Superior Spirit Drink 43.8% vol. is a limited-edition tribute to Albert Heinrich Riise (1810–1882), the Danish pharmacist, explorer and entrepreneur whose work was closely linked to the former Danish West Indies. This edition draws on his passion for discovery and the use of regional raw materials, whilst continuing the historic Old St. Croix brand. For the XO Reserve Tribute, carefully matured, molasses-based distillates are selected from renowned distilleries in the West Indies and Central America. Longer-aged cask stocks are blended with younger components, creating a balanced combination of richness, structure and elegance. Slow fermentation and traditional distillation further contribute to the multi-layered character of this special molasses-based XO spirit.

With a robust 43.8% ABV, the Old St. Croix XO Reserve Tribute is significantly more structured than many of the brand’s smoother releases, combining chocolate, bergamot, peppermint and subtle tobacco notes to create an unusual interplay of aromas. This edition is limited to 24,407 bottles and became available from September 2026, giving it a special collector’s status within the Old St. Croix range. Its pale golden colour further emphasises the elegant style of the composition. Presented in a 0.7-litre bottle with a gift box, the A.H. Riise Tribute Reserve Superior Spirit Drink combines matured molasses distillates, meticulous blending and the historic brand heritage of Albert Heinrich Riise to create a unique, limited-edition special bottling.
