The Jack Daniel's Select Single Barrel Tennessee Whiskey 45% Vol. 0.7 l is a special premium bottling from Jack Daniel's that clearly stands out from the well-known Old No. 7. While the classic Jack Daniel's is created by blending many different barrels, the Single Barrel - as the name suggests - always comes from a single, selected barrel. As a result, each bottling develops its very own, unmistakable character.


Like all Jack Daniel's whiskeys, it is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, using the typical charcoal mellowing process, in which the distillate is filtered through charcoal made from sugar maple. It is then matured in handmade, new American white oak barrels, which are stored in the upper levels of the barrel houses, where strong temperature fluctuations ensure particularly intense flavours. With an alcohol content of 45% vol., the Single Barrel is stronger and more aromatic than the classic Old No. 7.


The elegant, angular bottle emphasises the premium claim of this bottling and also makes it a visual highlight for collectors and whiskey lovers.
