The Caña Mística Reserva Rum-Based Spirit Drink 40% ABV 0.7 l + GB is a modern rum-based spirit, branded and bottled in the Netherlands, which uses Caribbean rum as its aromatic foundation. It is neither a Cuban rum nor a classically protected rum, but rather a rum-based spirit drink that is deliberately positioned as a distinct product, with its origin, maturation and style clearly distinguished from one another. The rum base used comes from the Caribbean and is aged for up to five years before being blended and bottled in the Netherlands.

This rum-based spirit combines Caribbean aromas with a European touch, focusing on balance, accessibility and versatility. Caña Mística Reserva has a rounded, slightly sweet profile with delicate notes of vanilla and orange, complemented by hints of caramel, warm spices and a subtly integrated smokiness. At 40% ABV, this rum-based spirit has sufficient body to be enjoyed neat, whilst remaining elegant enough for high-quality cocktails. The premium gift box emphasises the prestigious character of this bottling, whose style is clearly Caribbean-inspired without claiming a specific national origin for the rum. The overall impression is harmonious, smooth and long-lasting, with a well-balanced finish.
