This small distillery is known for its authentic production method, which involves distilling exclusively in copper pot stills and working in particularly small batches. For this liqueur, natural, rich coffee varieties are married with the in-house Killowen Poitín - a distillate speciality that is deeply rooted in Irish tradition. The combination of high-quality coffee, fine Poitín and careful blending creates a lively, richly flavoured coffee liqueur with a moderate alcohol content of 20% vol.


The artisanal production in a small batch process allows the flavours to be precisely balanced, giving the liqueur its smooth structure, warm sweetness and characteristic coffee intensity.
