Santa Teresa 1796 Solera Rum is a multi-award-winning premium rum from Venezuela and is regarded as one of the most elegant bottlings in Latin America. It is produced at the historic Hacienda Santa Teresa, which was founded as far back as 1796 and remains family-owned to this day. This miniature edition offers the full character of the original in a handy format – perfect for trying it out or as a gift.
The rum is produced using the intricate Solera process, which originated in sherry production. In this process, younger and older rums are blended together over many years to achieve an exceptionally harmonious depth and complexity. Santa Teresa 1796 is matured in carefully selected oak casks, which give it its velvety texture, warm colour and rich spectrum of aromas. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., it is full-bodied, smooth and refined – a rum that reflects Venezuelan craftsmanship and perfection in every drop.
