Only Gewürztraminer is used as the raw material – a grape variety renowned for its intense, aromatic grapes. The production method is based on artisanal distillation using the discontinuous water-bath process, carried out in small batches. This traditional method allows for particularly gentle processing of the grape pomace, ensuring that the typical aromas of the Gewürztraminer grape are fully preserved. The result is an aromatic grappa that impresses with its purity, elegance and depth.
