This fine Rhum Agricole is made – as is typical of the AOC Martinique – from freshly pressed sugar cane juice rather than molasses, which gives it its authentic, terroir-driven character. The name ‘Chauffe Extrême’ refers to the particularly intense charring of the oak casks in which the rum matures. This extreme charring introduces intense toasted aromas and deep woody notes to the rum’s flavour profile.

With a robust alcohol content of 46.9% ABV, this Rhum Agricole is expressive, complex and, at the same time, elegant. It comes from a limited single-cask series (Single Batch), which further emphasises its exclusivity.
