Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The choice of raw materials plays a decisive role in the production of vodka, as it has a major influence on the quality of the end product. For this reason, Vodka Bottega is obtained by fermenting an infusion of sugar that comes exclusively from pure grain. This noble raw material gives the distillate a strong and characterful expression. Equally important are the distillation techniques, which contribute significantly to the quality of the vodka.

Vodka Bottega undergoes five distillation phases, which allow the aromatic properties of the raw material to be optimally extracted and a rich, complex distillate to be produced. Finally, the vodka is enriched with pure Alpine water and carefully filtered to remove impurities that could affect the organoleptic profile.
