Ron Quorhum 30 Aniversario Old Vintage 40% vol. 0.7 l is a premium rum speciality from the Dominican Republic, produced by the renowned distiller Oliver & Oliver Internacional. Based in Santo Domingo, the company combines its Cuban roots with the time-honoured Caribbean tradition of rum production. The Quorhum 30 Aniversario is made using carefully selected sugar cane distillates, which are produced using the classic pot still method and then aged in oak casks. A distinctive feature is the ageing process using the Solera method, in which distillates aged for varying lengths of time are blended together. The name ‘30 Aniversario’ refers to the high-quality, long-aged blend and should not be equated with a guaranteed minimum ageing period of 30 years for all its components.

Traditional Solera cask maturation allows different stages of maturation to be blended into a balanced overall composition, whilst ageing in ex-bourbon casks made of American oak shapes the character of the distillates used.
