The Bacardi brand, founded in 1862 by Don Facundo Bacardí Massó in Santiago de Cuba, stands for innovation, tradition and the very highest quality. By introducing new distillation and ageing processes, Bacardi revolutionised rum production worldwide. To this day, the unique yeast culture ‘La Levadura BACARDÍ’ remains at the heart of the process, giving the rum its unmistakable, harmonious and smooth flavour.

An overview of the varieties included:

- Bacardi Añejo Cuatro (4 years)

A gold rum that matures for four years under the Caribbean sun. Mild and well-balanced with notes of honey, vanilla, caramelised fruit and oak – ideal for characterful long drinks or enjoyed neat.

- Bacardi Reserva Ocho (8 years)

A rum steeped in history: originally the Bacardi family’s exclusive house rum, it is now prized worldwide. Eight years of ageing lend it a special complexity with aromas of dried fruit, spices, dark chocolate and mature oak.

- Bacardi Gran Reserva Diez (10 years)

The most luxurious in the set: aged for ten years, velvety smooth and intensely aromatic. Notes of stone fruit, banana, vanilla, toast and caramel unfold in perfect balance – a truly premium experience.
