R. Jelínek Slivovice GOLD Plum 45% vol. 0.7 l is a fine plum brandy from the traditional Rudolf Jelínek distillery in Vizovice, Czech Republic. Since the 19th century, the company has stood for authentic fruit brandies of the highest quality that are closely linked to the regional culture. Slivovice - a synonym for plum distillate in Central Europe - is one of the house's best-known specialities.


For this special "Gold" edition, fully ripe, aromatic plums from selected Lager are gently fermented and distilled in copper stills. The brandy is then matured in wooden barrels, giving it its soft structure, golden colour and complex aroma.
