R. Jelínek Slivovice GOLD Plum 45% vol. 0.5 litre is a high-quality plum brandy from the traditional Rudolf Jelínek distillery in Vizovice, Czech Republic. Since the 19th century, the name Jelínek has been synonymous with artisanal distillation and authentic fruit brandies that are deeply rooted in Central European culture.


For this exclusive "Gold" edition, only fully ripe, aromatic plums are used, which are distilled in traditional copper stills after careful fermentation. The brandy is then matured in selected wooden barrels, giving it its golden colour, soft structure and complex aroma.
