Monin Gummi-Arabicum Syrup is a high-quality texturiser and emulsifier that plays a key role in professional beverage preparation. Unlike the brand’s classic, flavoured syrups, this syrup has no flavour of its own, but is used to specifically influence the consistency of cocktails, coffee specialities and non-alcoholic drinks. It is based on the natural plant resin gum arabic, which is extracted from the acacia tree and is highly valued in upmarket bar culture, patisserie and food technology.
