This fine rum is made from molasses obtained from sugar cane in a continuous distillation process in a column still. The speciality of Kawama Rum Extra Anejo is its composition as a blend, which combines distillates matured for different lengths of time, with some batches aged for up to 13 years in American white oak barrels in a tropical climate.

Bottled without any added sugar, Kawama Rum 13 Extra Anejo is characterised by a comparatively low alcohol content and an elegant presentation.
