Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Alexander Exquisite Premium Grappa Riserva is made exclusively from fresh, carefully selected marc from the Verona region. Its exceptional smoothness and flavour result from a triple distillation in traditional copper alembics, using the bain-marie method to preserve the fine aromas.

This grappa matures for 18 months in handcrafted oak barrels, the wood of which dries in the open air for 24 months and is then intensively toasted, giving the grappa its characteristic amber colour.
