As the leader of his countrymen, he led them against the conquerors and made a decisive contribution to the liberation of his beloved country.

This exceptional rum comes from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago, a region known for its particularly fertile volcanic soils. The sugar cane used is carefully refined and the resulting rum is aged in oak barrels. Only the best and most valuable barrels are selected for Baroko in order to bring out the characteristic fruit and vanilla flavours.

This limited edition is rounded off by the addition of local cane sugar, which emphasises the intense aromas even more. The result is an exceptional molasses rum creation that combines both tradition and the incomparable flavour of Filipino culture - a true tribute to the heroes of the revolution.
