As a foreman on a sugar cane plantation, he joined the fight for his country's independence and led his countrymen to drive the conquerors out of his homeland. Inspired by this courage, this exceptional rum comes from the island of Negros, one of the most fertile regions of the Philippine archipelago.

Made from high-quality sugar cane grown on nutrient-rich volcanic soil, Don Papa Baroko undergoes a careful distillation process before maturing in oak barrels.
