Rudolf Jelínek is a well-known name in the world of spirits and distilleries. He was a Czech entrepreneur and the founder of the Jelínek distillery, which has gained international recognition for the production of high-quality spirits, especially fruit brandies. Inspired by his family's heritage, Jelínek decided to continue the legacy and founded his own distillery in the town of Vizovice in 1967. The distillery is now famous for its excellent products and innovative approach to the traditional art of distillation.

Jelinek Absinthe is a high-proof herbal liqueur that impresses with an alcohol content of 70%. The production is based on Werder and is refined by the addition of essential oils of aniseed, fennel and coriander. This mixture gives the absinthe its characteristic flavour and complex aroma.
