Made from high-quality molasses and matured using the elaborate Solera process, the Ron Centenario 1985 Cask Selection combines rum qualities that have been matured several times over many years in carefully selected American white oak barrels. The result is a particularly round, complex rum with a harmonious combination of mature sweetness, elegant wood flavour and subtle spice.

The second batch builds on the success of the first edition and was once again bottled in limited quantities - with a slightly stronger profile and 43% alcohol by volume.
