Big Mama 12 Years Old Rum Demerara Porto Finished, at 40 % vol., is an excellent rum from the famous Demerara region in Guyana, renowned for its high-quality rums with complex and powerful flavours. This 12-year-old rum was matured in Demerara casks and then refined in port casks for further ageing. This port finish imparts a particularly rich, fruity complexity to the rum and ensures a perfect balance between sweet and spicy notes.
Big Mama 12 Years Old Rum combines the full flavour of classic Demerara rum with the intense fruity notes of port. This exclusive ageing process gives the rum a wonderfully smooth texture and a complex blend of flavours, accompanied by dark fruits, spices, vanilla and a subtle hint of port.
