The production of Silvio Carta grappa begins with the careful selection of fresh pomace from local white and red grape vines, which is gently distilled immediately after pressing to preserve the natural flavours and essential oils of the grape skins. The slow, discontinuous distillation process in traditional copper stills produces a pure distillate that is characterised by clarity, freshness and a fine, floral aroma.
