It comes from the innovative Kyrö Distillery Company, a Finnish distillery that was only founded in 2014 and specialises in rye distillates.

Kyrö Dark Gin is made from 100% wholemeal rye, which gives it a strong, slightly peppery base. Refined with 17 carefully selected botanicals, including orange, honey, birch leaves and Sanddorn, the result is a multi-layered flavour. The speciality of this gin lies in its 2 to 3-month maturation in American oak barrels, which also lend it soft vanilla and caramel notes. This gin is also vegan and gluten-free, making it a conscious choice for connoisseurs.
