Bottega RASPBERRY Crema di Lamponi e Panna is a tempting cream liqueur with raspberries, combining the Italian liqueur tradition with the intense fruitiness of sun-ripened raspberries. With an alcohol content of 15 % vol. in a 0.5 l bottle, this speciality from the renowned Bottega Distilleria impresses with its particularly creamy consistency and well-balanced flavour. To produce it, aromatic raspberries are first macerated in water and alcohol for several days. The fruity aromas are then extracted particularly gently through distillation, ensuring that the natural raspberry flavour is preserved to the full. The addition of fine milk cream gives it a velvety texture, whilst a hint of grappa lends the recipe extra depth and its unmistakable Italian character.
