Now in its fourth generation, the Sonnfeld continues the tradition of distilling schnapps, a practice whose first documented mentions can be traced back to 1941. Today, the range includes fruit brandies, spirits, liqueurs and gin, all produced with artisanal care and tradition.

Alpengin is distilled gently and slowly by hand in a traditional copper still before being carefully bottled, labelled and signed. Each bottle of this gin is therefore unique.

This gin is characterised by its playful honesty and subtly conveys the flair of the Alps. It offers a variety of flavours, which are expressed through the harmonious combination of lavender and elderflower with the fruity, strong aroma of juniper.
