Barsol Pisco Mosto Verde Quebranta is an outstanding speciality from Peru and belongs to the highest category of traditional pisco. Made from the fine Quebranta grape, this pisco is distilled using the rare Mosto Verde method. This technique involves deliberately halting the fermentation of the grape must at an early stage, thereby preserving a higher proportion of natural sugars and aromas.
